Hi! We’re Full Potential Dance Company.
Full Potential is a dance company based in Fremont, CA established in 2016 by Duncan Padilla and directed by Josh Ramos and Ricky Ho. Full Potential aims to foster dancers by teaching wisdom, knowledge and life values through dance. As a dance company we strive to create leaders, teachers and role models. We are a family of individuals who aspire to reach our full potential as not only dancers, but as members of the community.

Complex 2024 is proud to feature a diverse array of performance groups hailing from various regions across Northern California. Furthermore, our attendees can anticipate an assortment of enticing offerings, including captivating raffle prizes, an assortment of esteemed vendors, and a host of other exciting surprises to enhance the overall experience.
